Estimated shipping times

We aim to have all orders out within 48 hours. Delivery times vary dependant on service and location. Below are delivery guidelines from day of dispatch.

NETHERLANDS – 1 – 3 Working days

INTERNATIONAL (EUROPE) – 2 – 5 Working days

INTERNATIONAL (WORDWIDE) – 3 – 10 Working days

Returns

Upon receiving your goods, you have 14 working days to get in contact and report any issues to receive a full refund. Otherwise, we will only accept exchanges for other similarly priced goods or credit notes to be used at another time.

The returned item will be inspected once it arrives back to us and cannot be visibly worn, must not have been damaged, marked or be in any condition it makes the item unsellable. 

You can return / exchange an item for another item in a different size if the item is still in the condition mentioned above. We will not be responsible for any costs made in returning products due to size or change of mind. We will however view every return on its individual basis.
